April, was AMAZING! Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Everyone else was pleasant as well. If you are buying a car ask for her specifically!
We were thinking of buying a Rav4 Plug in Hybrid. Not one the lot but a Rav4 is still a Rav4. Checked with the closer dealer just to look even though we wouldn't be buying there because of a negative experience 3 years ago. We had to come to Owings Mills to get the look. Marvelous. Treated personable and answered all questions. Even took us for a ride. Mr. Butler was super. Although we did not buy or any new car, our experience here was very nice.

Grace was fantastic to work with on my RAV4 Hybrid purchase. She was patient, easy to work with, and took the time to get to know my interests. She stayed late to make sure I had everything sorted. If given the chance to work with her, I recommend it.
My husband and I picked up my tags today for my new RAV4 XLE that I purchased on 6/10/26. We made sure they new we were coming and we spoke to April. She stated that anyone could help. When we arrived Grace was super helpful and put on the plates no problem. She seemed very personable and nice.
