I’m always pleased with the express service techs and the great customer service from folks behind the desk. Waiting room is comfortable and clean as well as the ladies room. Always a pleasant experience.
Easy, no pressure salesman, Jason. Honest and upfront with no surprises. Others we dealt with at this dealership were equally good.
I went for an oil change. Even though it was express service, I had made an appt online. I'm not sure it expedited service, but they could take me when I wanted. It took an hour, but they checked other things with the car. John, the service writer, was pleasant enough. The waiting area was comfortable.
I’ve been very pleased with the service at Rafferty Subaru. The waiting lounge is very nice especially with the free snacks + coffees. I also think that free auto rentals during service are great.
Great place to have your car serviced. Got a loaner as well. People were great. Great place to buy a car as well.
