Worst Dealer Ever. Deceiving is their caption. Bought a Volkswagen Passat for 2700$ and at the time of purchase I was informed that Car is in very good condition and needs no repair. As a SNHU college student and with broke status I felt good with the car and after 2 hours of purchase my hopes were left in ashes as huge smoke came through the a/c and my spending spree began on the car. It all started with 500$ repairs and the repairs went on. When you start spending some money on the car, you get greedy that it is going to get better after each repair and you go on spending the money. After spending more than 5000$ around (mostly above) just on the repairs, the car is in good shape now but without AC.
I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen GTI from here back in June of 2016. It needed new brakes, tires, and the headliner was completely down. The owner told me everything would be fixed after I bought the car. The day I bought the car I went out back to see it and I saw them “repairing” my headliner (the cloth on the roof of the interior) with Elmer’s wood clue and a stick... needless to say, the minute I drove off the lot, the headliner came down. Didn’t fix the brakes or give me new tires which are still bald because I can’t afford new ones. I went into the shop easily over 50 times in the last year and they always told me “we ordered your headliner by t can take a while to get here” so after a year I was getting really annoyed but still hoped that they would do the right thing and fix it. So I called them exactly 1 year from my purchase date and was told to stop being an idiot and they hung up on me 3 times just for asking when they were going to fix it. I am currently planning to take them to court due to the fact that because they didn’t change the brakes, my entire car needs a lot of work. The headliner has completely come down and I had to staple it back up but I can’t drive with my windows down. Honestly the worst company and customer service I have ever seen and their customer prove it. I’ve heard him on the phone with other customer sayin “it’s not my problem anymore” or “you bought it “. If you’re going to buy a car, do yourself a favor and skip over Savic Auto Brokers. Terrible people
we bought it "as is", but asked what it needed done and he lied to us. they tripped the check engine light and that came on the day after we bought it. He knew the transmission needed work and the emergency brake was broken and it wouldn't pass inspection.
I had a positive car buying expierence at Savic. Everyone was very inviting and friendly. I would recommend Visiting Savic auto for all your vehicle needs.
There was no gray area, bought two vehicles from these guys, great car selection, deff plan on doing more business with them. Including any repair or detailing. A+!! Diamond in the rough.
Paid cash for an overpriced car that turned out to not pass inspection and they lied about the title. It took them over 2 months to send the title application to the DMV! This is the worst dealership in the state!
