I first spoke with Russ around June 2025. I had a unique situation that I was attempting to change and I didn’t have a lot of direction. I’d spoken with most of the dealerships in the area and Schrier was the only one who invited me in to sit and talk through what I had going on. Whereas I would be in and out in under 10 minutes with other places, Russ sat and talked to me. Asked questions and gave ideas as to what could work. At the time, Schrier wasn’t in a position to help me due to my own limitations. I was grateful for the time Russ took in explaining options and giving me ideas. Fast forward to March 7, 2026. I was finally in a position to purchase a vehicle and I went back to Schrier. I had attempted contact with a dealership that I’d purchased a car from years ago, first, only to be turned down in an unpleasant way. I contacted Schrier, spoke with Russ and was able to get a Jeep I’ve really wanted in my price range, mileage range and with benefits that will keep me safely on the road. Along side Russ, I worked with Chuck Hill and Isaiah Schrier and they were fantastic! Little things like including my daughter in conversations and during the test drive and the acceptance and validation they gave me as a I took the first step to getting back on my feet again. They were the most family oriented, fun, non judgmental dealership I’ve ever been to and because of this they have me as a customer for life. I could never go anywhere else and feel like Schrier made me feel buying my Jeep. If you need an honest dealership with quality vehicles, look no further than Schrier. I liked Russ from the start. There wasn't much of the whole salesman bit that I've gotten from other dealerships. I talked with him about the car that I was interested in and he pretty much let the car do the selling for him. Really wasn't any pressure at all. Got a couple text messages which I don't mind at all. Same with the sales manager Jacob - pretty good dude. The dealership worked with me to find the right bank for interest rates on the financing. They are a pretty small dealership but have very high-quality used cars. I'd never been there before and was surprised at their selection. I'd recommend them.

Great and easy purchase. No pressure on anything. I had Isaiah help me and he was super friendly and helpful.
