So I had been to SC Motors previously when I wanted to begin looking for a new car after mine had been totaled in a car wreck. I went and was helped by Carlos, he was very customer service oriented. He never complained about all my questions or even that I had my grandchild with me running around. Sad to say that time I did not make a purchase, I decided to wait, nothing grabbed me. So, recently our 2nd SUV started to give us trouble so I decided to start to look again. Low and behold Carlos the same agent was there to help. I remembered their kindness, patience and understanding. All were super friendly as well. Long story short I went in looking at one car and came out with one that I truly desired in my heart. With a great deal. They even served us well after closing to ensure we got a good deal. I thank God for Carlos and SC Motors for making the buying process easier.
