I came in to look at a car that was 3grand. I test drive I ask if I could put a deposit down and come back that following Wednesday….. they said they couldn’t hold cars more then 24hours. I said that was fine, I booked an appointment on Tuesday to put the deposit down and do the paperwork so all I had to do is bring my plate Wednesday. I go in and he acts like he doesn’t know he has an appointment with me and unorganized. Frankly his whole customer service was sloppy from the beginning, I personally think it’s because it’s a 3k car and not a lot commission. Then I walk out and he proceeds to call me and say he’s not wrong for not knowing he had an appointment and said the person. The whole time I’ve delt with him has been like I’m selling the car to myself….

Sergio was a great salesman. He was helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. The entire process only took a few hours. Thanks Sergio! Love my Tundra!
