Don was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my car. This was my first car purchase and he made it simple, answering all my questions and getting me the information I needed. He had the car ready to go at the dealership when we came to pick it up and helped me connect my phone, understand all the features, and walked through the Toyota app with me. It made it all a very pleasant experience.
