Dawn provided an estimate on the duration of the services and gave me the option of waiting versus obtaining a loaner vehicle. I chose to wait for my service, and Dawn was accurate in the time for completion. Furthermore, the Rallye Lexus team who valeted, serviced, washed, and cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle, also did an outstanding job to exceed my expectations. In my opinion, the Rallye Lexus dealer badge comes with a cache of quality and excellence like no other.

Customer service is excellent very polite, professional and focused on client, I had break oil flashing and replaced , after I had some resistance when press break , I come back and everything was fixed.
