I was told it looked like financing was going to go through on vehicle I was looking at. I live a little over two hours away from San Antonio and was told to come look at vehicle and told I would have to put $2000-$2500 down which was no problem for me. Thought it was a done deal and was told... see you when you come see the car so I figured everything was good. Made the trip and test drove the car..loved it. When I got inside I was told well financing didn’t go through, we will need cash. I understand sometimes things like that happen, but why couldn’t they have told me that before I made the trip. I was extremely confused and I never carry cash on me....had things been handled differently, I probably would have taken cash and still got the vehicle. I thought it was handled poorly and nothing else was said about credit besides...oh they weren’t able to get financing after all so it’s gonna have to be cash! Poor business ethics and will not go there again. Very embarrassing and a waste of a trip.
