Very knowledgable, no pressure or hard sell. Guided smoothly and efficiently through process. Vehicle is great, in great condition very happy with it, reasonable price. Because of covid, interactions were by phone and it worked well. Car registered by them, a saving grace because our DMV requires appointments now and they are about a month behind. Will definitely consider approaching again in future, and recommend to everyone.
