I’ve been in and out of dealerships for much of my life—I’m a car guy after all—and they are clearly not all created equal. I've been meaning to write this for awhile. We went to Acura of Ramsey to get a RDX after checking their stock online. We were met by Erica Grudinina. She was great. No pressure. She explained everything about the vehicle we were interested in. When the deal was done, Erika went over all the features of the car and helped us set up our phones and other features. I was a great experience dealing with Erika. Most times you feel beaten up. Not this time. Thank you Erika for all your help and keep smiling.
