One thing I can confidently say is that I’ve traveled across the United States and visited multiple four-car lots. Out of all of them, I’ve encountered exceptional quality products and customer service at each one. However, this particular lot stands out as one of my top choices when it comes to customer service, primarily due to Samantha. She truly goes above and beyond, establishing a rapport with the mechanics in the back to ensure that all my concerns are addressed promptly. I genuinely appreciate her efforts, which make my life much easier, especially during challenging times.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were helpful, communicative, and understood that it was a safety issue. They accommodated me with a rental car. Although it took longer than expected to repair, I realized it was not in their control as they were waiting for parts to be delivered.
