They took advantage of me. I was in dire straits without a car or way to transport my autistic daughter and her brand new wheelchair. They kept me after hours. I was crying while signing the paperwork with Coop saying I can't afford this. Why can't I get the Kia instead? He said the Kia was too far away and advised me to return the car in a couple months and gain equity. I didn't know any better and made the mistake of trusting this heinous man. John Prenatt was my salesman. I admitted how upset and scared I was. He said I could trust him. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my entire life, unless he was saying I could trust him to put me $10k upside down in a 72 month lease for a vehcicle that might last two years. Someone needs to sue this place and shut it down.

BUYERS BE WARE!!This is the worst experience ever! Do not deal with this dealership. This is supposed to be an online shopping dealer and they are truly a typical lie to get you in the door used car lot!! I live in San Antonio and I did the trade appraisal online and Patrick Anderson communicated with me and I asked him to be transparent and not play any games with me being that I am not a local and had to travel 3.5 hours to be in person. Patrick told me I need to come in person so they can see my trade in. I asked what about the online appraisal and he said I should get close to what the online appraisal was. We set up an appointment for me to come in person, As I was on my way about an hour in route, Patrick called me and asked could I go to Car Max and get an appraisal because they are affiliated with CarMax and would honor my bid and I told him no because I'm already in route and did not have enough time to veer off and do that also. When I get there Patrick is magically busy with 3 customers knowing we had an appointment and sets me up to work with someone else. Everything that Patrick told me was a lie to get me in the door. The lady he paired me with told me they appraised my vehicle for 20k. I was very upset and asked to speak to a manager. Christian Karamitsos, whom is A very incompetent source for authority, disrespectful, very unprofessional (possibly racist because of the immediate attitude he presented as soon as we met) I was speaking calmly about the information that Patrick mislead me with and Christian began to interrupt me while I was explaining my grievance and when I showed him the screenshot of the Texas Auto value for my trade in, this idiot blatantly told me "I see what you're trying to do but it's not going to work here you can leave!" Unbelievable! All I was trying to do was purchase a car with a smooth, hassle free, transparent process. This company is falsely advertising OUR BEST OFFER on your vehicle trade in. When I input my vehicle information on clean value it gave me a value of $27,100. On average condition, 24,625. I screenshotted this info, not knowing until today that I was sent a separate email showing a value range of $19,700-24,625!! The manager Christian was so incompetent and racist that he could not even convey to me in a professional, respectful manner that I was sent a separate email with a range. Instead he accused me of trying to do what this dealership had done to me was lie! Christian could not even justify why he low balled my trade in from the online value. PATHETIC!!

My second review for Texas Auto... I recently went to Tx Auto to have an oil change on my 2016 F150 XLT pick up. While I waited I 'wandered' the lot and happened to see a beautiful 2017 Lariot F150. I spoke with my favorie Serv. Tech; Bell asking her to recommend a salesman. I met with Nick Hydorn...'cut to the chase": I TRADED/BOUGHT the Lariot! The experience was excellent! Nick was informed, thoughtful and a 'no-pressure' guy that helped me negotiate a very fair deal with mgmt. In fact every aspect of buying the Lariot was pleasant including him taking several phone calls from me to answer every question I had prior to and after buying the truck. BTW, the truck was in immaculate condition, it looks, drives and even smells NEW! I would and will recommend to everyone to go to Texas Auto for a vehicle, they are a top-shelf-run company from Sales to Service. Nick in Sales along with Bell and Bob (her manager) in Service are "my guys" for everything pertaining to buying and servicing my vehicles!
Adam, sales department, was so kind and helpful on the purchase of my vehicle. I appreciated how the financial department was. The entire process was smooth, however when you need service and info they do not offer much help or assistance. Beware if you need something for your vehicle after you sign the paperwork.
