I had an excellent experience at Randall Reed Ford. Kevin managed and oversaw the installation of a bug protector, power running boards and WeatherTech floor mats. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I experienced a small hiccup with one of the running boards, he took ownership of the issue and made it right. He corrected the problem as quickly as possible and even went above and beyond by providing us with the rear WeatherTech cargo mat at no charge. That level of customer service and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied really stood out. My Bronco looks great, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received.
