Good experience, Ken was very experienced as I and ended in a final price that was agreeable to both parties.
They worked diligently with my Husband and I. The process was pretty good. Very professional.
Evan was great at communicating during the repair process and the total ended up being lower than the quoted figure.
Overall experience was great. Sales team answered our questions was very accommodating even after all the back-and-forth between the vehicles we wanted to test drive look at I had questions for. The only thing that was not so great and I’m not sure how much can be done about it was the financing process which took what we felt way much longer than it should’ve been for Elise agreement overall, we were at the dealership for about eight hours which I think is ridiculous but nonetheless the team at planet Ford was very accommodating, even towards the end when we were crunch for time because we needed somewhere to
The bottom line is everything about my purchase was great every time we buy a car from here. The survey asking me to write a mi imum amount of words suck.
