The car itself is a thoroughbred. That said, the delivery experience didn’t quite match the sophistication of the vehicle. With so many advanced features and technologies, I would have greatly appreciated more time and guidance from the sales team to walk me through everything. As it stands, I’m still discovering functions on my own and know I’m not taking full advantage of what the car offers. For a vehicle at this level, a more comprehensive orientation should be part of the purchase experience. These cars are complex by design, and without proper instruction, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—at times, I half-joke that I might press the wrong button and get ejected. Spending extra time educating new owners would go a long way in helping customers feel confident, comfortable, and fully satisfied with their investment.
Lauren at Range Rover was amazing, explained everything clearly, understood my needs, and guided me.
I had a very bad experience with them where they resolved my issue had had from an unknown leak but gave me my truck back running worse than I took it in to my coolant level was low enough for it to throw up a light asked about the noise it was making and was told it was the drive belts and told to just replace them and problem solved well $1500 later I got it fixed and my truck is running just fine no issues.
My car works quite well now The problems were discovered and eliminated I appreciate the good service
Salesperson Cedric was friendly and knowledgeable. Never felt pushed to pressured and had a great Cary buying experience. Rest of staff good to work with.
