I did not visit Kelly and Kelly in person due to prior reviews and then only having one star. I did contact them in reference to Volkswagen Passat that I was told was negotiable for cash money. I called first and the guy I spoke with asked what I was offering and said he’s not going to take that. Well it wasn’t negotiable then was it. Also another reason I choose to go somewhere else.
They never even replied to my requests, I sent multiple messages to no avail. I’ll try someplace else
Bought a 2006 Jeep Wrangler and come to find out it did need some work. After taking to the owner Ronnie. He told me that he would replace the parts it needed. No hassle and good honest man. Thank you Ronnie
