Evan was easy to talk to and kept me informed of my vehicles status. The work performed was a transmission replacement along with some service items. I really appreciate the time that the technician and Evan took to review all warranty’s coverage plans and perform a in-depth inspection of the failed components in side the transmission. I will continue to bring our fusion and now my F150 for all my service needs.
