So far we have been extremely pleased with our purchase. Josh was great. Informative not pushy. Add-ons were offered but we felt no pressure to purchase them. Though we were a very easy sell we never felt taken advantage of. Continued research after the sale confirms that the 2020 RAV 4 Limited is a highly rated vehicle and the low mileage on this one should guarantee us many more miles of trouble-free service. Hopefully the warrantee protections we get with buying a Toyota Certified vehicle and the additional protection we purchased will cover most issues that may occur

it was a great experience overall at waite toyota, josh was super friendly, responsive, and accomodating and the overall car buying experience was stress free! the only thing i might say is that i wish they explained the rustproofing package more and the different types of rustproofing options i could go with, even if it wasn't the one they were selling. but overall, a great experience!
