I drove 9 hours to and from Houston to get the vehicle, service, and delivery experience consumers should be getting. Patrick Harrison has been beyond helpful and pleasant to work with. Patrick and Walker does not give the run around and BS that local Houston dealers are known for giving. I've purchased many cars (Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus, etc.) throughout the years and I can say Walker has given me the most detailed delivery experience over the rest of them. Finance was great as well, so as the other staff that was at Walker. Usually you walk into a dealership and you only get greeted by the sales that sold you vehicle but Walker as a whole felt more of a local family business that was welcoming. Patrick was super detailed pre-purchase and continued to follow up on the vehicle production, when it shipped out, when it was in transit, when it arrived, and even when I was on my way home. The 9 hour drive was well worth it.
