If you are looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond, you have to contact or go to Whites Ford!!! They have taken care of me for years and I was in Vegas for work and they picked my old Fiesta and did thousands of dollars of work on my older car, while I was gone and parked it back at home before I got back and that was one of my vehicles!! My 20 ST always goes there for any type of work I need because Ashley will go out of her way to please the consumer!!! Very nice lady and treats you with respect and consults with you to inform you of anything that needs attention or repair!!!

First Mary B. was very good. The person crunching the numbers ( don't remember his name ), not so much. Would not honor the online price. Would not honor the offer for my trade in from the day before. Stated they were making only $250 on the deal. Then listed my trade on the lot two days later for $5000 more than I was paid !Drove the 2 1/2 hours back home. Did not drive the vehicle for next two days.The third day battery was so dead it would not open the doors.Was instructed by White Ford to take to nearest dealership. Charged battery and did so. They said battery would not be replaced because in was not low ENOUGH , as long as it would start the truck. I had just recharged it !Called White Ford service .Service manager busy and did not call back. called again next day and was told same thing about battery .Purchased one on my own with 220 miles on odometer !

I was passing through Roanoke Rapids North Carolina had issues with my Ford maverick they got me in the next day and it was taken care of within a couple hours. Staff was very friendly, and I would recommend them to anybody.

THE PROCESS OF BUYING MY 2024 FORD MAVERICK WAS VERY ENJOYABLE AND EASY. I WAS IN AND OUT 2 1/2 HRS.
