Zone Motor's Chicago at 525 W Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL 60101, the experience was absolutely smooth and pleasant. The sales associate Ray and Joe were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how my interaction and sale went. We got the deal done and we were in and out quickly with a new car. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Zone Motor's Chicago and will be a loyal customer. Thank you Ray & Joe for such a welcoming experience.

Promises not delivered in sales process Ray is the owner of this small auto sales company. I purchased a 2003 BMW CI convertible that has a broken control arm. Ray assured me he would order the part and I could take the car and come back "any time" to have the control arm installed. Many months went by because I own a business and I am busy. I called over 4 months after I purchased the car. Ray "checked with the mechanic" and said, "if we had a part it was returned." I reminded him of his commitment to this sale and he said, "I cannot remember what I ate for lunch today, let alone what I said 4 months ago." He further stated, "How would he know I am not asking him to do something based on the wear of the car?" I said very simply, you can look at your part purchase history at the time I purchased this car and you will see that part purchased, for obvious reasons. Because of the way this conversation was going, I said I will write a review on this experience if this install is not taken care of. He said, "Go write your review." So here it is! And remember, this is the OWNER of this facility. Unfulfilled promises and poor attitude. I highly recommend crossing this dealership off your list.

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

If I could give this Stealership negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Salesperson and manager say different things from each other. Will run your credit multiple times until they find one that suits them best and not what is best for you. (points) (look up what points are for the dealership)

This dealer was a disappointed for me. I spoke with Wally to schedule a test drive on the 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo. He told me to come in and we set an appointment at 4:30 pm after I get off work. I got there at 4:28 and the car wasn’t even out the lot for me to look at. Wally was not a professional car sale man. The first thing he asked me how do I intend to pay for it? I told him that if I paid in full do I get a good deal and he said the price is already low as is at $39,777. Also, Wally stated that this is a cash only dealership. That’s bull crab on their website they clearly have a financing department. Then, I told Wally I wanted to test drive the vehicle and he said to me that because this is a high end car they do not allow people to test drive the vehicle unless they intend to buy it. He told me he can pull the car out and let me inspect it but not test drive it. I felt insulted and why would I drive an hour to get there and wasting my time just to test drives a car. I simply walked away and told him that I will find a dealer that’s more professional and that will allow me to test drive the vehicle. I’m glad that I didn’t do my business with this ZonemotorsChicago because I just bought a 2011 Porsche Pamamera Turbo a few days later at a different dealership with a fair price. My only advice to other is to be careful with this dealership you might be disappointed. Also, there were a lot of junks, salvage car parts around the building so don’t expect this place to look clean like a normal car dealership.

I was hesitant to come to this dealership seeing the mixed reviews. However, my experience was great! My sales person Karim provided me with a great deal on a 2013 camero. I didn't feel pressured what so ever. He just recommended cars from what i described.
