Obviously effective since I purchased the vehicle, but concerned since the original 'test' drive found issues.

Jacob helped narrow down which trucks to look at and to test drive ended up with a nicer truck than I expected too. He was friendly and helpful submitted my credit app and came back the next Saturday after they did the undercoating and basically was in and out in under 20 mins which I appreciated. Plus he helped with the passthrough on my old truck to my parents!
