I just bought a car to this guy: Claudio Lascu; he lied to me and sold me a car without catalytic converter. He manipulated the computer in the car and the code check engine light was not on when I drove the car. The next day, check engine light on. I took the car to an auto shop and they told me that the car does not have catalytic. He lied to me and scam me. Do not buy cars to him. Now the car is burning oil like crazy. In less than 1,000 the engine was almost empty.
