Just bought a new Crosstrek.....Matt was our salesperson...he had not only to deal with an 83 year old (buying the car) but also with an overprotective granddaughter and an aggressive niece....he did an outstanding job! What might have been an easy process, the younger girls had to lots of questions,,,,they insisted I need a power lift of the back gate, because they thought I was too short and it was too heavy....anyway it's getting installed next week! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle Escajeda was my primary salesperson who helped me from start to finish. It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day!
