Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!
