Do not buy anything from this dealership. New and especially used. They sell junk, do not buy after warranty is up. These cars are only good for 60k miles then their major problems!!!
Deals? There is no dealing, its MSRP+ or nothing. We bought a nice 21Subaru yesterday, got a good “Deal”.
I had the disservice of working with several employees at BC Kia recently. We inquired on a vehicle online, I spoke to a “Ceira” who ignored me, and “Katelyn” who had no problem telling me that they don’t take NON-REFUNDABLE deposits on vehicles, even if you live several hours away. I’m expected to waste a day in hopes it’s there? No thank you. Finally I got set up with “Chico” who did nothing but insult me with a horrendous write up. Lying through his teeth about the costs, what they would be able to give me for the trade and what invoice was on the vehicle. I was able to pull the invoice from a friend who works at Kia and it was not what they said. Not only that, this dealership lies about pricing, the first pencil the gave he showed the vehicle marked up 5k. Chico said ALL of their new inventory has that mark up and it’s a discount from the 10k it was originally, despite their website showing an entirely different price. They have no issues with false advertisement and apparently bigger issues with honoring the price advertised. I’m extremely disappointed in the interaction I had but can’t help to think that I dodged a bullet with this one.
Don’t do business with this dealership. They are a fraud. I should have paid more attention to other reviews before contacting them. They took my ssn, DL etc… I stopped answering my call after running my credit report multiple times. You have been warned stay away from this dealership
They are very rude. The manager are the worst. Then there’s the sales people they are the wrost
Worse management ever at Barnes Crossing Kia They are rude. Salespeople are very rude. I will never ever go to Barnes Crossing Kia again
