He helped navigate a complicated loan application/process that resulted due to my business being the actual purchaser of the vehicle. In addition, it was an out of state entity. Titus went above and beyond during that process and has continued to offer support. I live in Washington state and flew to Appleton to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, not an anticipated repeat customer. Titus made it all come together. Young and energetic, Titus is committed to customer satisfaction. A small issue lingered after delivery. Titus did not give up or make excuses! My maintainance/repair service is great. Sales at Audi never got back to me on the 2015 Audi. Needed to know if it sold or was available. I ended up purchasing from another dealer although plan on working with Bergstrom service as they are very thorough and professional.

Was initially contacted / days after inquiring. Was told the vehicle was not ready to be seen3weeks later after several more enquirers on my part I have never heard from them again.

It took a week for an initial response. When I asked when I could test drive the vehicle I was told the vehicle was not ready. I never heard anything back after 3 weeks. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them.
