I was welcomed when I arrived. What needed to be done was explained carefully. I inquired whether I could use a coupon from another Subaru dealer and was told that they had a better deal (free tire rotation). I was invited to the waiting area, which was clean and welcoming. My oil change and tire rotation, and a complimentary car wash, were done in less than the hour that was estimated. The cashier was pleasant. The entire experience was 5-star.
