I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lamborghini of Paramus Nj. Last December 2022 my vehicle was involved in an accident, and considering it was a Lamborghini, I thought there was no better place for the repair job than the manufacturer itself. Unfortunately, my experience with them was far from satisfactory, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing this dealership and here is why the dealership terrible communication, warranty and accountability Issues despite being a Lamborghini dealership, they seemed unwilling to stand behind their work or hold their vendors accountable for the quality of their repairs. This lack of accountability is a major concern for anyone considering their services I took my vehicle to Lamborghini of Paramus Nj on October 25, 2022 after someone drove into me and hit the driver side rear fender/wheel and caused a decent amount of damage. One of the affected parts of the vehicle was the wrap it was a bright blue color wrap. After the color could not be matched, insurance gave a supplement to rewrap the whole vehicle I chose satin black. Vehicle was all fixed and rewrapped. I picked up the vehicle on March 13. 2023 and put it in storage since it was still winter time. On July 14 2023 I contacted Nick, the service adviser and the point of contact from the beginning and I expressed my concerns about the wrap peeling and bubbling up. He asked me to bring it back so they could further look into this and fix it. On Aug 1 I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and they kept it for a few days to make the "repairs" . Due to work I could not pick up the vehicle so they had it dropped off. After looking at the repaired job and what a sloppy job they did I immediately notified them about it I also noticed what seem to be a white line caused by a razor knife from one side of my rear bumper to another that was by the area the wrap was "repaired". On Aug 22 i yet again dropped off the vehicle and expressed the level of disappointment and was assured that they would handle this and make it right after a few emails the wrap company they used finally came back and said the bubbling and peeling is caused by the vehicle having a clear protective film on it (xpell) that is the reason on why its not sticking properly (it always had the clear film on it ). After an email from nick on Aug 25 and him saying "The wrap company advised to remove the matte black and fully remove the ppf under the wrap. They are not confident this won’t happen again so this would be the right way to get it done and fixed. They would need the vehicle for 1-2 weeks to get all this done. Let me know you thoughts." I replied to him the same day (aug 25) and asked the question " are they just removing the affected areas and repairing them or does the whole wrap need to be removed? NO ANSWERED UNTIL Aug 31 saying that the wrap was completely removed and that its ready for pick up. After deliberately removing the wrap without consulting with me now Lamborghini of Paramus Nj, nick and the wrap company are saying its my issue and if I want it rewrap I must pay for it or insurance must cover it, I now have a damaged rear bumper do to the wrap company not doing a good job with there "repair" I still have some spots of the blue original wrap on the vehicle that wasn't completely removed that insurance paid them for and a unwrapped vehicle that is "my problem now". I strongly caution anyone considering their services to explore alternative options that prioritize professionalism, quality, and customer service.
