Grapevine Subaru gave us five star service from the moment we walked in the door! Our salesman Harvey was patient, personable, and understanding! He made sure the car he presented checked all the boxes. He is the cream of the crop!! He even checked in with us several days after our purchase to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. Our finance manager Corbin was also phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and focused on ensuring we were set up for success. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Jaylon was great. He will be even greater when he gets me the second key for my car. I am not sure who Steve is. The only other person I talked to was when I signed the final papers and if it was Steve then I think he was great as well. This is my second Subaru from Five Star and so obviously Ilike dealership.
