James went out of his way to make sure we looked at vehicles we were interested & stayed late to assist us.
Should not take 2 hours for an oil change especially with an appointment. Maybe hire more employees or manage appointments slots so that wait does not exceed an hour.
Very professional and get you in and out in a timely manner. The frequent updates on the status are nice too.
Good communication with Service Tech who was very patient in explaining completely all of my service concerns.
This dealership is exceptional throughout. It is obvious from the excellent morale that management is excellent too. I can personally recommend this dealership highly!
