We bought our 2017 Subaru Forrester in on Tuesday, September 9th for a recall notice. Deion Thomas was our service consultant - he was very personable, well mannered and knowledgeable. Told us what to expect & delivered exactly that. The service department actually beat the time expected to have it done and it worked out great. We are pleased with the knowledge, communication & service throughout the process. We were impressed the clean & organized service area. Everything went well from beginning to end. Very positive experience today with my service advisor, Colin. I came in for an issue with my Forester that was luckily covered under and extended warranty, and also did my regular maintenance while the car was with the service department. There was an issue with a service I had asked to skip because I had just completed it prior to my visit as it was a recommendation for the issue I was having. When I went to check out, Colin resolved the billing issue after the service was still completed anyway. I’ve worked with Colin a few times and he is great to work with. Very professional and great service. Also wanted to commend Subaru for their commitment to their customers and taking care of this issue through an extended warranty since the part that failed should last the lifetime of the car.
