Jesse, the service manager, and Chris, my mechanic, provided me with exceptional service on my 2018 Silverado pickup. On my way back to Iowa from Boise, I had significant engine problems and I had to leave the truck in Wyoming. It required new lifters and cam. I now have the truck back and it runs better than it had for years. I couldn’t be happier. They also detailed the truck and it looks new. I wish your dealership was closer to Iowa. Purchased a used vehicle from Whisler. After making my inquiry, I was connected with Mason Weil at sales. After negotiating the price, I flew from Denver to complete the purchase after a test ride and checking out the overall condition. I noticed alignment issues with the vehicle during the test drive, which they took care of right after the drive. They had clearly shown that this vehicle had good bones and had completed a wealth of services before putting it up for sale. As for the transaction, It did not go as I had planned. The bank financing I brought fell through at the last minute. The finance guru, Troy Thomas, made some calls and found me financing through one of his networks of partners. Mason and Troy were super helpful and gave me peace of mind after my financing issue.
