My experience with Glenn was not positive, he was rude and demeaning. This was my first time at the subaru dealer and Joey had to step in since he escalated the situation.

The entire team and management was able to get me what I was looking for in and out in one day. Able to pivot on a moments notice with the upgrades and sourcing from the other sister location. As a third Subaru owner, if a need for a fourth Subaru in my lifetime comes about, if the same staff is there, I would come back to shop with them. It’s about the staff as much as it id about Subaru.

George and Jeff were phenomenal. They were patient, worked with our indecisiveness, and ultimately helped us get the best deal. Jeff also went out of his way to make my 2 year old feel more comfortable with having to wait so long and gave her hot wheels to play with. It was something small but truly made the experience even better.
