I recently purchased the Subaru Uncharted from the Subaru Superstore of Suprise. Ronnie was awesome - he knew the car inside and out, even though it is a new release and had only been on the lot for 3 days. This is my first EV and having a sales associate like Ronnie, who owns the Solterra EV, was extremely beneficial. He cut my EV learning curve in half during the test drive. Scott and the entire sales team were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had an excellent experience. Finally, Todd made the financing experience a breeze. He explained the added protection options without any pressure to purchase, which was appreciated and not like my wife's experience at another dealership. I was extremely surprised and appreciative that I was in and out in less than two hours - it would have been quicker, but I wanted to drive the car again while the loan was being approved, which delayed the final detailing of the car! I don't plan on going back anytime soon - only because I will be driving the Uncharted for years to come. However, I would recommend to anyone that they make the Subaru Superstore of Suprise their first and only stop!
