5 Very upset customer with a 1 month old car and blown transmission I did not like being in that room. It was bad, was pretty sure someone was not walking out of that mess.
They made you feel welcome, at home & sincere. No pressure & when you left, you felt like you made new friends.

Service advisor was very nice but the oil change and tire rotation took over an hour. Which is way too long when you have an appointment.
