Allow me a few words to tell you about the outstanding experience with Gareth Grandt. I’ve never been the biggest fan of going to a car dealership…but this was very different. Gareth is a warm,friendly presence, he understands the buying process can be extremely complicated, yet he made it very simple. He was honest and understood any concerns I might have. He also listened carefully for what I was looking for and walked me through the options in detail. I always felt complete trust in Gareth and he delivered!! A quite fantastic experience and someone I highly recommend.

Daniel Crisistonmo was my Service Advisor. He was great to work with. I had a long punch list of items to check and/or replace. He followed my written list that I provided completely. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs, parts ordered, etc. Daniel provided me a rental car with discounts. I have been having my 4Runner serviced at this dealership in Cedar Park, Texas since it opened a few years ago. I appreciate Daniel Crisostomo my Service Advisor and I look forward to many more years of his assistance and this wonderful dealership. Thanks again for a great experience.
I don’t even know where to begin. My journey with Gareth started almost 2 years ago when he got my file from the previous person. He reached out and of course I didn’t answer because like, who answers numbers they don’t know out of the blue? He left a voicemail and for some reason I held onto that voicemail. Fast forward to about a year later and I called him out of the blue just start a conversation on a new vehicle for my wife and this is also when I planted the seed of what I was looking for when my lease was up. Speed toward a few months of talking and figuring out the perfect vehicle for her and just like that! BAM! We found her the perfect car. The communication with this guy is top tier. But wait, I’m writing this review for my wife’s car? Nope! Remember, at the start I said my journey, so after we got her car we kept the dialogue open and talked off and on for the next year as it wasn’t time for the lease to be up yet. Then finally! To quote Rafiki from The Lion King, “it is time”. The stars aligned, and the replacement for my lease finally came. Gareth kept me updated on its voyage from Japan to here. We watched and waited for the boat to arrive like a sailers wife, watching the shore, awaiting the arrival of her sailor back in the 1500s. He made sure it was ready to go and we dotted the “I”s and crossed the “T”s and shook hands and drove off into the sunset with my new vehicle. Long story short, Gareth is great and has the patience of a Tibetan monk with keeping the communication up for almost 2 years. Thank you again Gareth! Everyone, go see this man for your next Toyota.
Keenan was great. Explained everything thoroughly. Sent updates as my vehicle was serviced. Notified me when finished and met me to hand over my key fob. I especially liked the video review he sent to me.
