I worked with Jordan K. at Cedar Park Toyota in Cedar Park, TX. Great attitude, great personality, and great communication at all levels of the process. Thanks for a smooth and seamless experience. Ricky G., the finance manager, explained all signature pages and also recommended a GAP feature that worked great as an additional option in my financing. When the paperwork and signatures were completed, I worked with an Eduardo J. who helped me get all set up with the Toyota app, features in the vehicle, and get my phone synced with the vehicle. He was very patient with my slow-smart phone selections. : 0). The baton passing was great! No issues and no miscommunication.
