Overall great experience! I reached out to the service department about my ‘16 4Runner Limited shocks replacement, and they placed me with service advisor Daniel C. Daniel C. is the 4Runner expert, esp for specific things a 4Runner needs—and he is a 4Runner owner as well. He was very honest and very respectful—and on our list to work with in the future as our 4Runner ages. He also prioritized the list of required maintenance items for us.
Our family was so grateful that we met your salesman Ricky Bell, he served our every need and was there on a dime, every txt every call every time we needed him. Whether it was to test drive or information about one of your cars, never pushy with a sale and always listening to our input and feelings. It was a great family experience picking our 16 year old sons first car, and we will be back in a day or two to buy another car from Ricky Bell and Toyota of Cedar park and hopefully cars for life.
