We had an Acura brought to the danvers CarMax from another carmax so we could check it out. When we had the time to see the car, they said we could only talk with and work with the salesman we initially made contact with. We had only a specific time window to do this because we both work... and receptionist said that we could not be taken care of by anyone else. We asked to speak with manager and were told they would not be able to help us.
