They’re very good at handling their customers and hospitality is too good when compared to others
The salesman was great. Was not pressured. The finance guy was awesome. I’ll definitely buy another car from you. Someday I appreciate everything you guys did for me.
CCNissan has a beautiful show room and pleasant staff. Aliecia DeAngelis was knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel that the trade-in amount for my 2018 Pathfinder was way too low at $5000.00 but I was too tired by then to argue the point; I should have! The actual sales process was painfully slow, the man who was doing it seemed to have a lot of trouble making the system work and he had to repeatedly call for help. He was pleasant however! The main complaint I have is that NO ONE checked to see if I had any questions as to how the car worked. I tried repeatedly to engage the cruise control; I finally pulled Ioff the road before getting on I-75 and got out the instruction manual; no help there. I finally drove home for 75 minutes with no cruise control. Please make sure your customers get a short info introduction before leaving> Thanks
