We were traveling across the country when the transmission on our old truck went and was prohibitively expensive for us to replace so we decided to buy a preowned truck. Our salesman Joey G and the team at Jones Ford worked with us to get the best deal we could hope for. We had been to two other used car dealers in Arizona. One did not take trades, the other made a low ball offer on our truck. Joey and the dealership realized that time was of the essence and that we were behind schedule for our trip home. He and the service and detail teams worked diligently to expedite the process of getting the truck ready for us to drive off the lot. There were a few minor mechanical issues they discovered that had to be rectified before they would even sell us the car. And on the day of pickup we discovered two more minor issues. The team quickly took care of everything. Apparently this dealership has won quite a few awards and I can see why. It’s no wonder Joey is one of their top salespeople. He was always honest, upfront and never used pressure sales techniques. The team was fair, professional, courteous and most of all: conscientious. The only negative thing I can say is the music, although excellent, was really loud.
