No stars if it was possible.worst customer service ever! Paid cash and yet 3 months go by and I still don't have title. There moving, avoid the new location like the plague.

they refused to make any good communication and face set up any situation horrible costumer services I pretty sure they fake the good feedback and delete the bad ones cause they suck I will proceed a case with my lawyer

What a terribly run business. I have had NOTHING but trouble since purchasing a vehicle there. My temporary tag expired because they never bothered to process my permanent registration until I called and asked them what the problem was. Then I had to drive 60 miles back to their dealership to pick up my tag once they finally did their job. Today, I went to the title agency to print out a paper copy of my electronic title and they NEVER REMOVED THE LIEN that was paid for since 12/4/18. Today is 2/7/19. By the way, the engine blew up 2 months after purchase of vehicle and that is why I need the title TODAY. So that I can sell it tomorrow. If I lose my buyer for this undrivable car because if the inadequacy of Cars Trade Center to run a proper business, that will be unfortunate. When they finally called me today, I was told they released the lien today and maybe I could print a title Monday. I expressed my aggravation and was told by the person on the phone "I'm just a regular employee here and that's all I can tell you". When I asked for the owner I was told "he doesn't speak to customers". This is an unfortunate mess and I'm looking to Cars Trade Center to make good on it. I rated 1 star because google forced me to in order to leave a review.

dont go here. they will rip you off. lawsuits will be coming. worst experience ever. youre the reason car dealers get a bad name. Stay away!

They already received all my complaints. They really are the worth place to buy a car. Owner is a liar and his so call secretary.

Do not buy a vehicle from this screw up used car dealer. I bought a mini cooper from them and drove down the street and car stop working. They picked it up and had it for over a month and said they fixed the situation and it was a total lie. Car was picked up and did not work again. They took it again and said they fixed it. Did not happen. I wanted my money back and the owner said no and said I could take another car all this after arguing with the lady there and the owner who never showed face. After almost 2 months I finally found a car I wanted. They put a temp tag on it until they could register my tag and now a month has pass and temp tag expired. I called them 2 days straight to let them know the temp tag expired and they keep telling me the lady will call me back she is at the DMV. So what am I suppose to do with an expired temp tag? Can not drive my car and they don't seem to give a dam. Called again same answer she at the DMV. They will have her call me.... well still waiting.... This place is the worst worst place to buy any vehicle. Never again will they get my business. I will be reporting to the BBB and calling the DMV and informing them of there action. They really are horrible I gave them one star only because I would not be able to submit this review if I didn't rate them but honest they are garbage. Buyer please do not purchase anything from them. They not worth your money. They all lie for each other and cover each others I'm sure when they saw I was calling they put my call straight to ignore. I guess they felt I was being rude but wouldn't you if you keep getting push around with no one giving you an answers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
