George is a knowledgeable, kindly and outgoing person. He did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and to ease the sales and trade-in experience. He even helped me the day after, retrieve something from my old car, and transfer my Sirius subscription. An all round good guy.

Having my Highlander serviced went well but I had another concern with a small doing on my litigate. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased the ding repair option. When this location was under Reinhardt, I had an issue and it was an immediate repair, no problems and they did a great job. Under Montgomery Toyota, I was instructed to ask my service advisor, which I did, and was told that he wasn’t sure if my issue would be covered or not. When service completed their work on my vehicle, the service advisor still had not found out if it was covered but he gave me a number of the manager who does these repairs. I phoned him and he instructed me to go by their location and speak with a fellow who was on property about it. I went there and he was nice enough but told me that the dealership would have to write up the problem and schedule an appointment for me. I made a call to the service advisor 2 days ago and left a message with him but at this review, 2 days later have not received a return call from him. This is no seamless repair issue. If I were to ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership I doubt that I would purchase any other add ons from the F&I representative. I may be looking for another Toyota store to do future business with. One last small complaint: the tech who changed my oil removed my old I L reminder sticker from my windshield but did not cleanup the glue residue, he did put up another reminder sticker on the windshield. I suppose I will have to do that myself.
