I've been a BMW owner before and in the New Orleans area and this was my first experience at Galaria. It was amazing!!! Dawn was first class and the best from start to finish. She delivered on everything I asked and more. The final black cloth, red ribbon reveal was a wonderful touch and special. Lastly Galleria's offer of concierge service is like no other and best in class.
