They picked up my car, called me with something I needed and returned my car

Angie is the most polite and caring person, she thoroughly goes over details of the paperwork and explains things that I don’t understand. She makes going back to Austin Ford easy !!

I was pleased with Daniel and his service department. He was able to get my vehicle into the shop as soon as the parts came in for the recall. They even came to the house to pick up the vehicle and returned it later that day!

So I was starting to have better experience with the dealership. I have a problem with a purchase and Steve has been helping me. He has been extremely polite. But it has been awhile with no answers. I understand it takes a lot to help with this problem. But I call him and get no call back. I go in and get politness from Steve. Angie is awsem always takes care of me with a smile. The only thing I'm having a issue with is no answers just polite response of we will take care of it. But now I'm getting put in a bind so I wish they would keep in touch and get me a answer.

Angie was fantastic and joyful to work with, always professional and helps the exit from a repair stress free.
