What Others Say

Myrell was a very nice young man. He was really knowledgeable about the Tucson and all the features and all the technology. I am very impressed with Myrell n the dealership.

If you’re looking for a new car/suv please check out Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria, KY. I am in love with my new Palisade! And the star of the show was salesperson, Myreil Brown. He understands the customer, their needs and he listens. I never dreamed I’d find myself in a Hyundai. Myreil and the entire Kerry team made it happen. Safety. Superior warranty, a beautiful vehicle and nice people to work with!

Our experience with this dealership last year was completely unacceptable. We scheduled recall work on our Palisade and confirmed with the service department ahead of time exactly which recalls it needed. They told us they already knew the parts required, had already ordered them, and never mentioned any shortages or delays. We dropped the car off, drove 45 minutes home, and were told the work would be done within 5–7 days. After 7 days passed with no updates, we had to call them to find out what was happening. Only then did they admit they did not have the parts at all and had only just placed an order, now waiting for delivery to the shop. This directly contradicted what they told us before we dropped off the car, and it feels like a blatant attempt to get us to leave the vehicle there under false pretenses. To make matters worse, Boe Boehringer at the service desk was dismissive toward my mother and came across as openly sexist — talking down to her and brushing off her questions as if they didn’t matter. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. They misled us, wasted our time, and treated us poorly. We will never return, and we strongly recommend that others take their business elsewhere.

While searching dealerships in the area for a used, small truck I could buy for cheap, I came upon this place. Matt came out to meet me when I pulled up, introduced himself, and listened to what I wanted. He said he'd look into it, but while I waited, he said I should look at the Santa Cruz they had on the lot since that was a small truck. Not believing I wanted a new vehicle, I entertained his request despite thinking I'd be going the used truck route. Long story short, I decided against buying used and went with the good deal he gave me on the Santa Cruz. He spoke sense about used cars vs. new cars with warranties, impending price increases due to tariffs on new vehicles, offered me a great deal on a higher trim model, and didn't blink or pressure me when I said I was going to take the evening to think about it. I came back the next day after looking at a Ford Maverick across the street. Matt was easier to talk to than the guy at the Ford dealership, I liked the Santa Cruz more than the Maverick, and with the deal he gave me, it would cost about the same for a better vehicle. Buying a car from this place felt good. Assuming I want another Hyundai in the future, I don't foresee myself going anywhere else.

They will rip you off do not buy a single vehicle from this place they do not honor warranties they lie out right to you they do not have any respect for their customers they will lie right to your face there are 20 24 Hyundai Santa Cruz's all come with defects with the paint crooked hoods I had mine for 2 months and the steering wheel fell apart Jeff their service manager I wouldn't believe a single word that came out of his mouth of his tongue was notarized they will make up stories and they will not honor their warranties stay away do not buy a single car from them

Since 2007 I have purchased a Hyundai Elantra, 2 different Tuscon's and a Santa Fe, 4 cars total, all brand new from this dealership the Santa Fe was a 2018 and the last new car I will ever purchase from this dealership. In those 10 years between the cars, service and maintenance I've guesstimated spending roughly $80 to $100K and they have lost me as a life long loyal customer after the 7 long years I've dealt with the dealership and their service department on the Santa Fe. Within the first week of ownership the car wouldn't start and had to be towed and I found out they told me they sold me an All wheel drive vehicle, I paid for an AWD vehicle and in fact it was a Front Wheel drive vehicle, Next at around 13,000 miles the engine went into a safety mode for a catastrophic engine failure issue, it was the knock sensor they had the car a month trying to fix that issue. When I asked to speak to the general manger and asked him to take the car back at this point and give me a new one, he was completely sarcastic with me and asked me if I wanted him to make all my mortgage payments too while he was at it! Next came the oil consumption issues and the year long fight with the dealership and Hyundai to fix it. They had the car almost six months after 2 month long oil consumption tests. Then after having the car back for less than 2 weeks, I had it back in the service department multiple times because it was shifting badly, their service department kept saying they couldn't replicate the issue and wouldn't you know it the engine threw itself back into a safety mode not going over 40 mph because when they had it for the 6 months and finally replaced the engine, they put the heads into the wrong positions and they needed to be switched out. I was constantly made to feel like I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. The service department was awful, they were all rude except for Grover. I did at one point speak to the owner, or another general manager who had the audacity to say he would cut me a REALLY good deal on the next car I purchased from them but they couldn't do anything else for me on the Santa Fe! I will NEVER purchase another Hyundai or another vehicle from any KERRY dealership. I tell anyone who will listen about my experience and warn them to steer clear. DO NOT spend your money here!
