Christian Answered all of my questions, was upfront about cost and what would and would not be covered under warranty. Was not pushy or trying to up sell but let me know everything that needed to be done, if not that day, at least in the near future. I was honestly not thrilled to have to go to a dealership for the recall bc I figured I would get bombarded with the stereotypical car salesman full court press to do more diagnostics or even buy a new car. However, was pleasantly surprised and would recommend and personally shop in the future with this dealership. Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable and a huge asset to this dealership!
