Vanessa, our sales representative, was incredibly responsive and flexible with our hectic schedules and our newborn at home. She kept us updated on vehicle availability and made sure we were able to reserve the exact model we wanted. Her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful throughout the process. What really stood out was her going above and beyond to deliver the car directly to our home—despite us living 30 minutes away. Our daughter has medical needs that make traveling challenging, and both my spouse and I work long hours. That extra effort made a world of difference for our family. Vanessa and Andre, the finance manager, coordinated everything seamlessly. Even though it was 8 p.m., they made the entire purchase process easy and efficient right at our dining room table. Andre was great at walking us through the paperwork over the phone and ensured everything was handled correctly and quickly. Both Vanessa and Andre were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. We’re grateful for their support and highly recommend working with them. What a great experience. Elijah Salemi was our salesman. He was so nice to deal with. He gave us plenty of time to fall in love with the vehicle my wife wanted. I am pretty OCD when it comes to buying cars and he was totally patient with me. 5 stars all the way. All of the staff was friendly and the facility was truly a pleasure to spend time in. Looking forward to our next vehicle purchase.
